MAAD Thought

MAAD Thought
black and brown women igniting holistic paths toward inclusive futures.

MAAD Thought is a collective of black and brown women and allies of different backgrounds and interests coming together to research and advocate for climate justice from a holistic, intersectional and interdependent lens. It is also a movement, a call for these melanated communities to explore, reclaim and embrace spaces as a beautiful and essential part of their present, ancestries and futures.

“Rarely does one get to witness such commitment, passion and creative thinking in a team member and leader. The connections she brings to our Foundation and her vision for bettering this region is inspiring and invaluable.”
