Destini has a background in both business and the arts & humanities, leading her to embrace entrepreneurial thinking, creativity, and the human experience as foundational to her endeavors. Her range of experiences and interests have equipped her with a unique lens to navigate challenges and apply innovative and integrative approaches to help people make progress toward their vision.
Destini has spent nearly a decade as a trusted friend, collaborator, and thought partner to organizations, businesses, and individuals across various sectors, industries, and structural types - including nonprofits, SMBs, startups (low to high tech), municipalities, academic institutions, and pre-DAOs. The throughline in any case, she found, was that they all shared a commitment to transformation—for their communities, organizations, industries, or the world at large.
