Foundation Excavation: Facilitated the exploration of House of MKTG's roots and motivations. By understanding the 'whys' behind the business and its founder, we developed a clearer picture of the agency's identity and purpose, laying a groundwork from which they could build future strategies.
Strategic Analysis: Conducted a comprehensive strategic analysis that examined both internal and external factors influencing HoM, and looked at how to leverage unique value propositions for growth.
Process Reimagination and Optimization: Mapped out and unpacked existing processes and searched for opportunities for process refinement and evolution for a more streamlined and agile operational framework.
