The Colley Community Center (CCC) is a nonprofit organization offering multigenerational and multidisciplinary workshops that empower both learners and leaders in Norfolk, while also working to combat social isolation through real community connection. Through regular workshops led by community members themselves, CCC is leaning on a new model of education—one that centers mutual exchange, intergenerational wisdom, creativity, and collective empowerment as core to this community- and world's- future fluorishing.

Foundations & Strategic Clarity: Led an early-stage strategy session with CCC leadership to refine their mission, vision, and strategic possibilities. Utilizing tools like SWOT and PEST, we surfaced key opportunities and challenges to help anchor their work and imagine what sustainable growth and long-term impact could look like.
Board Development & Organizational Sustainability: Partnered with CCC to support the development of its founding board—exploring creative approaches to engagement, governance, and leadership that would lay the groundwork for long-term organizational flourishing.
